Senior Community Radiographer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Radiographer to join our busy friendly Community X-Ray team. This is a Band 6 Senior Radiographer role and you will need to be well-motivated, professional and enthusiastic individual who has a keen interest in service improvement and has a flexible outlook towards day to day tasks / working. As a team we provide X-Ray imaging services across the following East Devon Community Hospital sites; Axminster, Exmouth, Honiton, Okehampton, Ottery-St-Mary, Sidmouth and Tiverton on a rotational basis. Access to your own car is essential for travel purposes and the successful candidate will be expected to work across all Community Hospital sites as and when required. These sites include pre-booked GP X-Ray imaging, Inpatient and Outpatient imaging as well as Minor Injuries Units and an Urgent Care Centre. This role is mainly lone-working with remote support from the Superintendent Radiographer. As part of this role you will also play a
significant role in the teaching and supervision of students and apprentices who work across the departments.
