Role OverviewLocation: Stroud or Gloucester (with hybrid working)WSP Solicitors is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Senior Associate/Associate Lawyerto join our growing Commercial Property department. This is a senior, client-facing role for a commercially aware property lawyer who combines strong technical ability with leadership capability and a commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes.Commercial Property is a key strategic growth area for WSP. In this role, you will handle high-quality work, develop and strengthen client relationships, support the growth of the department, and play an active role in shaping a long-established yet forward-thinking practice within a supportive, people-first firm.If you are a confident senior commercial property lawyer looking to take the next step in your career and make a meaningful impact within a growing Gloucestershire firm, this role offers an excellent opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Property Work & Client, objectives.Continuing to develop your technical expertise, commercial awareness, and leadership skills through internal and external training.The Ideal CandidateCirca 5+ years' PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with practice rights.Proven experience across all aspects of commercial property law, including buying, selling, and leasing.A solid working knowledge of property law and landlord and tenant law.A proven track record of building and developing strong client relationships.Strong commercial awareness with experience contributing to marketing and business development activity.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clear, plain-English advice.Strong organisational, interpersonal, and IT skills.An enthusiastic, team-focused approach with a good balance of technical excellence and commercial judgement.What WSP Solicitors OffersWSP Solicitors is a growing, Gloucestershire-based firm with offices in Stroud and Gloucester
