Salary: Package: 63,270 to 85,000 (depending on experience)

The Senior Commercial Performance Manager is responsible for ensuring that Commercial functional performance is measured and reported, accurately reflecting Commercial's role in supporting the delivery of the AWE Business Plan. They will ensure that functional performance is visible and key information is made available to Commercial leadership and the AWE executive team to keep Commercial accountable for its performance, highlighting opportunities, issues, and challenges in delivering the Commercial functional strategy which supports AWE's mission.

This role reports to the Principal Commercial Performance, Insights & Reporting Manager.

Key Accountabilities

• Leading the team to develop the cadence for Commercial functional and leadership reporting, providing ad hoc reporting support, coordinating all inputs, and offering strategic narrative.


• Monitoring performance against the Commercial functional strategy and identifying opportunities for improvement, challenges, and remedial actions.


• Ensuring accurate Commercial pipeline reporting to support effective planning, external reporting, and prioritization.


• Establishing and maintaining the Commercial reporting framework for key programs and projects critical to AWE's mission.

Qualifications & Experience

While not an exhaustive list, candidates should have experience in some of the following areas:

• Compliance with relevant legislation and regulations


• Proven professional experience


• Experience working in a Procurement / Commercial function


• Designing or managing commercial performance frameworks


• Supporting senior stakeholders and engaging up to C-suite level


• Cross-functional reporting and insight generation


• Analytical thinking with the ability to align business priorities to commercial outcomes


• Data analysis and storytelling skills


• Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
