Senior Commercial Analyst

· Analyse trading performance across international markets, identifying trends, opportunities and risks. · Produce regular reporting and insights on sales, profitability, customer metrics and operational KPIs. · Support franchise and market performance reviews through insightful analysis and reporting. · Monitor key commercial metrics and highlight areas requiring action or further investigation. · Develop recommendations and action plans based on performance data. · Work with the President International to pull together a holistic story that demonstrates Pret as an attractive proposition to franchise partners in the international markets. Business Intelligence & Reporting · Build and maintain dashboards, reports and data visualisations using tools such as Power BI. · Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple reporting sources. · Simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights for a range of stakeholders. · Support the continuous improvement of reporting processes and automation opportunities. International Market Support · Bring insight, challenge and strategic options that improve commercial, operational and financial outcomes. · Partner with franchise and international market teams to understand business challenges and opportunities. · Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities through data and analysis. · Assist with the evaluation of new market opportunities, store openings and commercial initiatives. · Support preparation of materials for senior leadership reviews and international performance meetings. Projects & Continuous Improvement · Support strategic projects across international markets. · Conduct ad hoc analysis to support commercial decision making. · Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Digital and Insights teams. · Help drive a culture of data-led decision making across the International function.

Working closely with market leaders, franchise partners and support centre teams, you'll turn data into insight, helping shape decisions that drive growth, profitability and operational excellence across our international markets outside the UK and US. You'll combine strong analytical skills with commercial curiosity, bringing together data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities and risks. You'll also support strategic projects, business planning and performance reviews, helping international markets make informed, data-led decisions and working closely with the President International to create a holistic data driven story to make Pret an attractive proposition to franchise partners across our International Markets. You're naturally curious and enjoy getting beneath the surface of the numbers to understand what's really driving performance. Commercially minded and outcome focused, you use data and evidence to inform decisions, challenge assumptions and identify opportunities for improvement. Highly organised and proactive, you're comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while building strong relationships across teams, markets and cultures. Most importantly, you're passionate about turning complex information into clear, actionable insights that help the business make better decisions and drive growth.,

• Previous experience in a Commercial Analyst, Business Analyst, FP&A Analyst, Strategy Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify actionable insights.
• Experience using Excel at an advanced level.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise way.
• Strong commercial awareness and curiosity.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
• Experience working within hospitality, retail, QSR, franchise or multi-site businesses.
• Experience supporting international markets or franchise operations.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting or financial performance analysis.
• Experience with SQL or other data querying tools.
Understanding of customer, operational and commercial KPIs.
