We are looking for someone who wants to become a long-term part of House of Fitness, with the opportunity to develop their coaching career, take on greater responsibility and grow within the business over time. The primary responsibility of this Senior Coach role is to consistently deliver world-class coaching across our Small Group PT and Private PT services, helping every member train with purpose, make measurable progress and have an exceptional experience at HOF. We expect our coaches to continually develop their craft. This means improving not only their technical coaching knowledge, but also their communication, leadership and ability to build strong relationships with members. Progression at House of Fitness is earned through a combination of: Coaching excellence - consistently delivering high-quality, engaging and effective sessions. Reliability and professionalism - setting high standards in preparation
punctuality and conduct. Member results - helping members make meaningful and measurable progress. Relationships and community - building trust with members and contributing positively to the HOF community. Continued development - actively investing in education, learning and professional growth. Leadership - supporting fellow coaches, sharing knowledge and helping raise standards across the coaching team. As coaches develop within House of Fitness, there are opportunities to take on greater responsibility, develop areas of expertise and progress into more senior positions with increased earning potential.Our aim is to create an environment where ambitious coaches can build a genuine career - developing their craft, increasing their impact and growing alongside House of Fitness. Qualifications Proven experience in personalised training program development and fitness assessments Strong leadership and motivational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a dynamic team environment Relevant certifications in fitness and coaching (e.g CIMSPA/REPS Level 3 or equivalent) Any other relevant qualifications or degrees will be a bonus
