As an Independent Training Provider, we deliver innovative learning and development solutions to both our internal teams and a national network of external clients. Were now looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Trainer to join our team, someone who shares our commitment to high-quality, person-centred learning that makes a real difference in health and care settings. This is a part-time role working 15 hours per week. What youll do: Youll design, deliver and develop engaging, blended learning programmes across a range of health and care specialisms - helping professionals enhance their skills, confidence and quality of care. Youll also support curriculum development, contribute to new training solutions, and bring innovation and creativity to everything you do., The Senior Clinical Trainer role at HCRG Care Group involves designing, delivering, and developing engaging learning programs across health and care specialisms to enhance professionals' skills. This part-time position of 15 hours per week is based in Coventry and requires regional travel across the Midlands and national travel. Key responsibilities include supporting curriculum development and contributing to new training solutions. Applicants must have current professional registration, a degree or equivalent experience, a Level 4 teaching, training or assessing qualification, and proven experience in clinical health training. A passion for developing others is essential.
