Are you a dedicated Clinical Psychologist looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and young people? Join our Neurodevelopmental CAMHS (NDCAMHS) team as a Band 8a Clinical Psychologist, where your expertise will have a real and lasting impact. In this role, you'll work at the heart of a specialist, supportive multi-disciplinary team, helping children and young people with neurodevelopmental differences such as autism and ADHD to better understand themselves and thrive. You'll have the opportunity to deliver meaningful, evidence-based interventions, shape innovative care pathways, and work closely with families, schools and partner organisations. This is a role where your voice is valued - whether that's contributing to service development, supporting colleagues, or bringing new ideas to improve care.   • Deliver specialist psychological assessments, including neurodevelopmental diagnostic assessments
  • Develop clear, evidence-based formulations and care plans for children and young people
  • Provide psychological interventions to children, young people and families, both individually and in groups
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to support clinical decision-making
  • Offer consultation and advice to families, education settings and partner agencies
  • Provide supervision and support to junior colleagues, trainees and assistant psychologists
  • Contribute to service development, audit and quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
