Full Job Description

The Fellow will be expected to see new and follow-up patients at two OUHFT outpatient clinics per week at the Department of Neurology, John Radcliffe Hospital West Wing. One clinic will alternate between a weekly medical Parkinson's disease clinic and a national atypical Parkinsonism clinic comprising MSA, PSP and CBS patients (supervisor Prof Michele Hu). The medical Parkinson's clinic will also provide experience in Duodopa and Apomorphine therapies for complex Parkinson's disease. The second clinic will comprise 2 DBS PD-Movement disorders clinics per month, 1 botulinum toxin clinic per month and 1 neurogenetics/ ataxia clinic per month to offer a broad range of experience. All clinics will be discussed in advance and agreed between the successful applicant and their supervisors, to best match their sub-specialist experience.
