Full Job Description
The post has been developed to support the CAR-T cell programme, working closely with the Southampton Lymphoma Service and the Wessex Bone Marrow Transplantation and Cell Therapy Program (WBMT&CTP).You will join the Department of Clinical Haematology and participate in the management of patients with haematological disorders undergoing CAR-T cell therapy (including ALL, Lymphoma and other indications as they arise). You will work within consultant-led subspecialty teams, alongside specialty registrars. There may be the option to contribute to the haematology on-call rota depending on experience and needs of the service.Whilst the post is ideally suited to a haematology specialty trainee or equivalent, the post is open to individuals with at least MRCP Part 2, higher speciality qualification, or equivalent. The posts can be tailored to fit your needs, including if you're post-CCT or have undertaken haematology training oversees or wish to obtain specific subspecialty experience. You will be
exposed to cell-therapy clinical trial activity, and research opportunities will be available.
This post is appointed on a fixed-term basis for the primary purpose of providing structured training and supervised clinical development. While the postholder will contribute to service delivery, the overarching purpose of the post is to provide defined educational opportunities, supervised clinical practice, and experience aligned to the relevant specialty training curriculum.

We believe that using technology wisely shows strong time management and commitment to innovation. However, personalising your recruitment application to highlight your unique skills and experiences is crucial. Relying too heavily on generic, AI-generated content instead of drawing from your own strengths and accomplishments may lead to your application being rejected if multiple candidates present identical or similar information.
