Senior Clinical Fellow in Geriatric Medicine

Clinical Duties The post holder will work closely with colleague to provide safe and holistic patient care. Teaching Duties All post holders will be expected to contribute to teaching and educational activities within the department. It is anticipated the majority of the educational activities delivered will be on the ward (at the bedside) rather than in non-clinical classroom formats. However, there are a number of Geriatric medicine classroom-based teaching days across the year to which we would also encourage post holders with appropriate aptitude for teaching to contribute. We also have other trainee healthcare professionals in the department (trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioners for example) and opportunities to organise and deliver bespoke teaching activities for these groups may arise.
