Further details can be found at BMA+-+Framework+Agreement+Wales.", We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Clinical Fellow in General Medicine to join our dynamic and forward-thinking medical team within Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. This post is ideal for doctors who have gained significant experience post-Foundation Training and are looking to further develop their clinical skills in a busy and rewarding acute medical environment. You will work within a large, supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality care to patients with a wide range of complex medical conditions. The role offers excellent exposure to acute and general medicine, with opportunities to develop leadership skills, supervise junior colleagues, and play an active role in service development. You will be supported by experienced consultants and will have access to structured teaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. What the role offers
