Full Job Description
As a Senior Clinical Application Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of advanced clinical applications within microsurgery and tumour workflow environments. You will work closely with surgeons, clinical teams, and hospital decision-makers to ensure effective integration of technology into surgical practice. You will also collaborate with sales, marketing, and global product teams to support go-to-market strategies and contribute directly to revenue growth through clinical engagement and customer success.,
- Develop deep expertise in microsurgery clinical workflows and tumour treatment pathways, including ENT, Plastic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Neuropathology, and Radiotherapy applications
- Support clinical integration of innovative applications within surgical environments to improve workflow efficiency and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and global marketing to align UK market needs with global strategy
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), reference centres, and senior clinical stakeholders across the NHS and private healthcare sectors
- Support and deliver 'Go to Market' strategies for early adoption sites and new technology launches
- Provide high-level clinical application expertise to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction
- Influence clinical and procurement decision-makers, supporting business case development and funding pathways within NHS frameworks
- Contribute to strategic planning and execution for Microsurgery Workflow adoption and expansion
- Act as a professional ambassador, representing the organisation with integrity and credibility in all customer interactions, You will work alongside experienced professionals within a collaborative environment, contributing directly to strategic business growth and clinical innovation.
