Senior Client Manager - London

As a Senior Client Manager, You'll work at the heart of some of the UK's most important National Security challenges, helping organisations adopt technologies that improve operational effectiveness and mission success. Day-to-day, you'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, shape major programmes and work alongside experts solving some of the country's most complex problems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Own strategic customer relationships and develop trusted partnerships across senior operational, technical and commercial stakeholders, becoming the recognised technology partner for your customer set
• Shape future strategy and understand the customer's long-term objectives, operational challenges and investment priorities, helping influence future capability direction while positioning QinetiQ at the forefront of emerging opportunities
• Drive growth and Identify, shape and mature high-value opportunities by aligning customer priorities with QinetiQ's technical capabilities, ensuring we're investing in the right areas at the right time
• Lead delivery excellence and maintain oversight of a complex portfolio of programmes, identifying risks early, removing barriers and ensuring customers receive exceptional outcomes throughout the lifecycle
• Connect the business and act as the strategic bridge between customer and QinetiQ, ensuring commercial, technical, operational and delivery teams are aligned behind a single customer strategy, This role is 37 hours per week based at our London site with a minimum average site attendance of three days per week. Travel to other QinetiQ and customer sites will be expected

These facilities enable QinetiQ to conduct a wide range of research, testing and development activities that support both military and civilian applications helping to advance technology and support national security. Essential experience of the Senior Client Manager:
• Significant experience working within the UK National Security community
• Strong knowledge of Operational Technology, Cyber, or adjacent digital capability areas
• A track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to achieve strategic aims
• Experience leading complex programmes, strategic accounts or major customer portfolios
• Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer outcomes and business growth
