Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will: Manage a portfolio of complex, high-value and sensitive aviation liability claims, including litigated matters Lead the investigation, assessment and resolution of claims, with responsibility for liability analysis, strategy

reserving and settlement negotiations Apply advanced technical knowledge to consumer, attritional and large or complex loss claims Act as a key point of escalation for junior claims handlers, providing technical guidance and mentoring Work closely with legal teams and external counsel to develop and implement effective claims and litigation strategies Build and maintain strong working relationships with insurers, brokers and clients, ensuring clear and confident communication at all stages Ensure claims are handled in line with regulatory, contractual and internal governance requirements Deliver accurate MI, reporting and analysis to support operational oversight and client reporting Identify and drive improvements in claims handling processes, efficiency and service delivery Support senior claims leadership with project work, innovation initiatives or client activity as required Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance and inclusive team culture Essential Skills & Experience The
