Full Job Description
- Take ownership of a kitchen section, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Prepare and deliver a diverse food offering including pizzas, burgers, Korean chicken, and other street-food inspired dishes.
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Adapt quickly to menu changes, with a fresh and evolving menu updated every 6-8 weeks.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste to achieve budget targets.
- Train and support junior chefs, helping to drive performance and kitchen standards.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and served consistently during busy service periods.
- Work collaboratively across the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Contribute ideas for new dishes and menu development, bringing creativity and passion for food.
