Full Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Aviary, London's iconic rooftop restaurant and bar.
Perched on the 10th floor at Finsbury Square, Aviary offers an exciting, fast-paced kitchen environment with stunning views across London.
We're looking for someone with:
2+ years' CDP experience at a quality level
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
️ Confidence running more than one section independently
Good understanding of stock control
Experience leading Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs
