We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join our team at RIVIERA, a Mediterranean restaurant inspired by the cuisine of the South of France, located in the prestigious area of St James's.,

• Managing your own section efficiently during service
• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
• Supporting junior chefs and maintaining kitchen standards
• Ensuring consistency and attention to detail in every plate
• Following all health & safety and food hygiene regulations
  
  Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally at senior level
• Background in Mediterranean / South of France cuisine
• Strong knowledge of fresh ingredients and seasonal cooking
• Ability to run a section independently
• High standards of presentation, quality, and hygiene
• Team player with a professional attitude
