Full Job Description
As Senior Chef de Partie, you're a steady hand, a sharp eye, and a constant presence in the heat of service. You take ownership of your section and lead from the front - calmly, confidently, and with pride in every detail. You know that five-star standards aren't just about presentation - they're built on consistency, teamwork, and care behind the scenes. Whether you're on sauce, garnish, larder or grill, you're the kind of chef who sets the pace, supports the team, and ensures that every plate is worthy of the pass. Because when the pressure's on, you're the one keeping standards high and service smooth
