Senior Chef De Partie

Ambitious Senior Chef de Partie needed for an exciting multi-outlet operation within a leading tech workplace! As a Senior CDP you'll work across multiple outlets throughout the building, covering a variety of cuisines and kitchen concepts, so flexibility and adaptability are essential. As a senior member of the brigade, you'll take full ownership of your section, lead and organise a small team of chefs during service, and play a key role in maintaining standards, driving consistency, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. This is a Monday-Friday role, offering an excellent work-life balance in a modern, food-led environment. What you'll be doing as a Senior CDP:

• Running and managing your own kitchen section
• Leading, motivating, and developing a small team of junior chefs
• Supporting the wider kitchen operation and stepping up to lead service when required
• Rotating across multiple outlets, sections, and cuisines
• Working in open-kitchen environments with direct customer interaction
• Maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and organisation
  
  Eager to learn and develop your skills
• Strong all-round kitchen knowledge across hot and cold sections
• Proven experience supervising or managing within a kitchen environment
• Confident leading a section and driving team performance
• Comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced operations
• Clear communicator with a customer-focused mindset
