Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Helping lead the team during service
Maintaining high food quality and presentation
Keeping strong hygiene and food safety standards
Supporting prep, stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
Helping create a positive, professional kitchen environment

We're after someone with a good level of kitchen experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a busy, supportive team. You'll be working with fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and a menu inspired by Mexican food and street food culture.
Experienced in busy kitchens
Calm and organised under pressure
A team player with good communication
Reliable, professional, and hands-on
Passionate about food and willing to learn
Familiar with Mexican food, or excited to learn more about it
