Full Job Description

You will provide a professional service for the strategic procurement of a portfolio of higher value and/or higher risk products (goods, services, works) which meets the needs of the business area and progressively achieves efficiency savings and cost savings for the Council. You will work closely with all stakeholders on categories to control expenditure through the adoption of a strategic Category Management approach to the procurement process.
