As a key member of our night team, you'll help ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care. Experienced in a senior or supervisory care role within a residential or nursing home Qualified to Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards it) Calm, confident, and capable of leading a team under pressure Comfortable using digital care planning and record-keeping systems Warm, empathetic, and committed to delivering outstanding care Flexible to work shifts that meet the needs of our residents Sandstone Care Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer
