Personalised Care: Assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities while promoting dignity and independence. Companionship: Offering emotional support and fostering meaningful relationships. Leadership Duties: Supervising and mentoring care staff, conducting appraisals, supervisions, and interviews, administering medication and maintaining accurate records and supporting care planning, audits, and liaising with healthcare professionals. Promoting Wellbeing: Encouraging residents to engage in activities that enrich their lives, tailored to their interests and abilities. Upholding Standards: Ensuring the care home environment is safe, clean, and welcoming.

We're seeking an experienced, compassionate leader with a passion for elderly care. Ideal candidates will have: Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a residential or nursing home setting. A warm, positive personality and a calm, professional approach under pressure. A Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to achieve it). Hourly Rate: £15.03 Hours Per Week: 44 (4 shifts per week) days OR 44 (4 shifts per week) nights available Shifts: 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am Join us at The Oaks Care Home, part of the Sandstone Care Group.
