We are now looking for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to help lead our day shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in supporting others and is ready to make a real impact., As Senior Care Assistant, you will guide and support your care team to provide the best possible care to our residents. You will play a key role in creating a safe, supportive, and homely environment where every resident feels respected and valued. You will administer medication, lead handovers, maintain care plans, and act as a role model to your colleagues.

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, with a willingness to work towards Level 3 or already be enrolled
• Ideally previous experience in a Senior or Team Leader care role
• Experience administering medication and supporting a team
• A calm, compassionate and supportive approach
• Great communication and a team-focused mindset

Contract: Full Time and Part- Time Salary: £13.30 Per Hour Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: 24-48 Located on the edge of the charming seaside town of Seaton, Thornfield Care Home provides personalised Residential, Dementia and Respite care for up to 52 residents. • £13.20 per hour with paid breaks
• Contracted full-time or part-time hours available
