Your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, supportive, inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Youll also monitor residents' wellbeing, undertake care planning, support with medication, as well as undertake staff
supervisions.
