ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing
a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other resp, The Senior Care Assistant - Nights role at Avery Healthcare, located in Beltinge, is a permanent position with a salary of £16.00 per hour. In this role, you will support and work with the Care team to provide high standards of personal care and ensure a safe and caring environment. Responsibilities include monitoring the wellbeing of residents, being involved in care planning, supporting residents with medication, and acting as a key point of contact for residents and their families. Ideal candidates will embrace Avery's values of being caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable, and will hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar care environment, and be responsive and flexible in their responsibilities.
