ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be tosupportand work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing
a safe, caring, innovative, open,supportive, andinclusiveenvironment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilitieswillinclude: Monitoring the w, Were looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Senior Care Assistant - Nights at Avon Valley Care Home in Bristol. Your focus will be to support and work alongside our Care team to deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents and staff. Additional responsibilities include monitoring resident wellbeing, involvement in care planning, supporting residents with medication, conducting staff supervisions, and acting as a key contact point for residents and health care professionals. Candidates must have an NVQ 3 or equivalent, two years of experience in a similar care environment, effective communication skills, and a positive attitude.
