This is a role where your compassion and experience can help create a home where people feel comfortable, valued, and truly cared for. You will deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care, support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence, administer medication safely and accurately, and contribute to and review care plans. You should have at least 12 months right to work in the UK, a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or be working towards Level 3), and leadership qualities. We offer £13.46 per hour, a refer a friend scheme, outstanding career development, a Blue Light discount package, a company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. This position requires 48 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
