If this sounds like the place for you, wed love to hear from you!ABOUT THE ROLEYour focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be tosupportand work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe,
caring, innovative, open,supportiveandinclusiveenvironment for residents, visitors and staff.Other responsibilities will include:Monitoringthe wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changeimpactingon care and care plans, ensuring that new needs are met, and written records are amended to reflect any changes., The Senior Care Assistant role at Avery Healthcare involves supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include monitoring the wellbeing of residents, being involved in person-centred care planning, supporting residents with their medication requirements, undertaking staff supervisions, acting as a key point of contact for residents and their families, and ensuring any concerns are escalated. Candidates should have an NVQ 3 or equivalent, at least 2 years of experience in a similar care environment, and effective communication skills. A positive attitude, responsiveness, and flexibility are also important.
