A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK NVQ Level 3 - Health and Social Care qualification or be working towards Must be flexible to work 48 hours per week, including alternate weekends A day in the life of a Senior Care Assistant Person-centred care - You will ensure that residents receive personal care from you and your
team including bathing, dressing and oral care within their preferences, and actively promote right to choice and independence Review - You will contribute to and carry out care reviews with your residents to ensure their plans reflect their needs. Medication - You will administer residents' medication in a safe and supportive and compliant way Social Activity, Are you an experienced care professional looking for a new challenge? Candidates should have a minimum of 12 months on their right to work in the UK and an NVQ Level 3 - Health and Social Care qualification or be working towards it. Daily tasks include ensuring residents receive personal care, conducting care reviews, administering medication, leading social activities, and providing leadership and support to colleagues, especially when
senior managers are unavailable.
