ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, provid, Were now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Senior Care Assistant - Nights at Poets Mews Care Home in Somerset. Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Responsibilities include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff development, acting as a key point for contact with residents and health and social care professionals, ensuring requests are acted upon, and concerns or complaints are escalated.
