Avery Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Senior Care Assistant - Nights at South Lodge Care Home in Leicester. The position requires a compassionate and supportive person who is committed to making a positive impact on residents lives. The successful candidate will work alongside a team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The role involves monitoring the wellbeing of residents, supporting care planning processes, and assisting with medication requirements, among other responsibilities., The Senior Care Assistant - Nights at Avery Healthcare is responsible for supporting and working alongside the care team to deliver high-quality personal care. The role involves creating and maintaining a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and colleagues. Key responsibilities include monitoring residents well-being, participating in person-centered care planning, supporting medication requirements, conducting staff supervisions, and acting as a key contact point for residents and their families. Candidates must be responsive, flexible, and have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
