Full Job Description

This role is for a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare's care home in Aldridge. The focus will be on supporting the care team to deliver high-quality personal care, creating a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff., As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, implementing and evaluating person-centred care plans, supporting residents with their medication, and undertaking staff supervisions. You will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
