Senior Care Assistant - Berwick-upon-tweed

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play an important role in leading and supporting your team while ensuring residents receive safe, high quality and compassionate care. Working closely with colleagues, residents and families, you will help coordinate care, oversee medication administration and support the smooth running of each shift. Alongside providing hands on care, you will act as a role model for the team, promoting high standards and creating a positive environment where residents feel safe, respected and supported.

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Previous experience within a care environment
• Medication administration experience is desirable
• Confidence supporting colleagues and leading by example
• Good communication and organisational skills
• A caring, reliable and professional approach
