ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care,

We're seeking a warm, enthusiastic individual to join us as a Senior Care Assistant at Abbey Court Care Home in Heath Hayes, Cannock. Your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Other responsibilities include monitoring resident wellbeing, being involved in person-centred care planning, supporting residents with medication requirements, and acting as a key contact for residents and professionals, ensuring
requests and concerns are addressed.
