The Senior Care Assistant position at Agincare Homes Holdings in Dorchester offers a rewarding career for experienced care professionals. The role is full-time, working 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with day and night shifts available. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality, person-centered care, supporting residents with personal care, administering medication, and leading activities.
