Full Job Description

  • To supervise staff and ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of the service.

  • Good English (written and verbal).
  • Skills:
  • Maintain care plans/care records in accordance with the service's policy and audit care records following company policy to ensure compliance.
  • Communication skills to build rapport with residents, communicate effectively with them, and inform colleagues, management, and professionals about their needs.
  • Problem-solving skills to adapt to and address situations quickly, develop solutions, and recognise/report situations requiring protection.
  • Ability to assist residents with daily tasks by following their care plan, this may include bathing, eating, dressing, grooming, and using the bathroom.
  • Supervise staff providing residents with support/assistance as they accomplish daily tasks, including bathing, eating, dressing, grooming and using the bathroom.
  • Dispense medication following the service's policies and procedures.
  • Previous Experience:
  • Previous experience of working in a similar environment.
