A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK Must be available to work 42 hours per week Must hold a NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care and preferably working towards a level 3 A day in the life of a Senior Care Assistant Person-centred care - You will ensure that residents receive personal care from you and your team including bathing, dressing and oral care within their
preferences, and actively promote right to choice and independence Review - You will contribute to and carry out care reviews with your residents to ensure their plans reflect their needs., As a Senior Care Assistant at Agincare's The Chestnuts Care Home, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to residents. You will supervise and support your team to deliver personal care, including bathing, dressing, and oral care, while promoting residents' right to choose and independence. The role involves carrying out care reviews with residents, ensuring their care plans meet their needs. You will administer medication safely, lead social activities, and support the training and development of staff. Must have the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months, hold an NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care, and be working towards a Level 3. You will enjoy a salary of £13.46 per hour, with additional benefits like referral bonuses, career development opportunities, and fully funded training. This permanent role requires you to work 42 hours per week in Aylesbury.
