Senior Business Intelligence Developer

This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in the continued development and enhancement of a modern business intelligence and reporting environment serving both London North West University Healthcare Trust and The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Business Intelligence Developer who combines strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business intelligence and data-driven decision making. You will contribute to the delivery of high-quality reporting and analytics services that support operational, clinical and strategic decision-making across two large NHS organisations. The role offers an excellent opportunity to broaden your knowledge and experience within a complex and rapidly evolving healthcare data environment, integrating information from a diverse range of clinical, operational and corporate systems. You will work on initiatives that directly support patient care, service improvement and organisational performance., You will have responsibility for the administration, development and optimisation of a range of BI technologies, including Microsoft SQL Server, QlikView, Qlik Sense, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). Your responsibilities will include:

• Platform configuration and administration
• Backup and recovery management
• Security and access control
• Performance monitoring and optimisation
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Change, release and environment management
• Support and enhancement of reporting and analytics solutions

You will be an effective communicator, capable of building strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ability to understand clinical and business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and identify innovative opportunities to improve the use of data and analytics will be essential.
