Full Job Description

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in growing our London & Thames Valley Construction business through nurturing client relationships and identifying valuable opportunities. This role combines relationship building, strategic thinking and industry expertise to help our team thrive.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be working within the Regional Construction team, supporting them in identifying profitable opportunities and cultivating deep-rooted relationships with customers and consultants. Your day to day will include:

-Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients and consultants through consistent face-to-face meetings, thoughtful communications, and professional networking

-Providing insightful reports on Business Development activities to the management board

-Representing Kier confidently at industry events and trade shows

-Managing a pipeline of opportunities with careful attention to deadlines and quality standards

-Understanding and articulating key client and consultant priorities to ensure collaborative success

You have established experience and connections in the construction industry

-You bring proven success in business development activities with demonstrable results

-You excel at relationship management and networking, with a genuine passion for creating connections

-You communicate with clarity and confidence across all channels
