Full Job Description

  • Own and manage a portfolio of partnerships,
  • Identify, evaluate and develop new partnership opportunities
  • Negotiate and renegotiate commercial terms, ensuring deals are structured to drive mutual value and long-term growth
  • Optimise existing partner performance
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and International teams to deliver partner launches on time and at quality
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partner stakeholders and internal leadership
  • Define and track success metrics across the partner portfolio; present business reviews and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Stay current on mobile ecosystem trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging distribution models to inform partnership strategy

    Experience in business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business
  • Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions
  • Experience negotiating and structuring partnership agreements that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Experience managing and optimising a portfolio of partnerships across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams, Experience with AI/ML technologies
  • Experience in oral and written communication
  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
  • Experience in the mobile OEM ecosystem (device manufacturers, pre-install models, app distribution)
  • Experience in music, streaming media, or subscription services

You will manage a portfolio of high-impact partnerships across mobile device manufacturers and growth channels, optimise existing deals, negotiate commercial terms that drive mutual value, and identify new opportunities to expand Amazon Music's growth globally.
