Senior Business Analyst

Leading complex requirement gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders to capture detailed business needs. Process Modelling and Improvement: Creating process models of moderate to high complexity to visualise current and future business processes. Identifying inefficiencies in business processes and recommending improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Documentation: Developing comprehensive and often complex documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories. Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managedCoordinating and leading client meetings and acting as a primary contact for the client for major components of a solutionWhat you'll bring: Business Analysis: Expertise in advanced business analysis techniques, methodologies, and best practices.Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: Skilled in eliciting, analysing

managing and documenting business needs and complex requirements. Process Modelling and Improvement: High degree of proficiency in business process modelling. Good understanding of process improvement and optimisation strategies and methodologies. Methodologies: In-depth working knowledge of delivery principles and methodologies such as agile and waterfall. Solution Design: Proficiency in developing comprehensive and scalable business solutions. Stakeholder Management: Advanced skills in managing relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring their needs are met.
