stories through strong visual design Can turn complex briefs into clean, engaging, on-brand visuals Balance detail-oriented craft with a clear sense of brand direction Take ownership of projects and bring proactive ideas forward Are comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments Care deeply about quality, clarity, and execution What You Bring 5-8 years of experience in brand, graphic, or visual design roles A strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and execution excellence Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Experience with or strong interest in motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) Solid command of typography, layout, composition, and visual consistency Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior designers Nice to Have Experience creating performance marketing or commercial campaign visuals Skills in motion graphics, sound editing, or basic VFX Familiarity with design systems, brand libraries, and scalable templates Experience or
