work in conjunction with the Blood Transfusion Laboratory Manager and the Pathology quality manager to evaluate, develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in the Blood Transfusion Laboratory, to ensure it meets all relevant standards, legislation and regulations including the Blood Safety and Quality Regulations (BSQR, 2005) and UKAS ISO15189:2022. You will work alongside the Blood Transfusion Manager and leaders to cultivate and maintain a culture in which staff are continuously improving the delivery of a high quality, efficient and effective services.
