Full Job Description
This is an exciting time to join our service as we continue to embed changes that improve outcomes and experiences for our patients.As an Audiologist, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our adult service. As part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping services that improve patient access and outcomes, supported by robust systems that ensure accountability and excellence.Within the structure, research and education have been prioritised along with continued service and staff development. You will be clinically responsible for the provision of routine and specialist audiological assessment and rehabilitation of patients, with a focus on a specific patient group and specific area(s) of specialism within the Audiology service. You will liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive a high quality service in line with local and national requirements and will be involved in training and supporting more junior staff, including those on work placements.
