Senior / Associate Structural Engineer

A highly respected and growing privately-owned engineering consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Structural Engineer / Associate Director to play a key role in the continued growth and leadership of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious structural engineer who is looking to step into a senior leadership position within a company that is going from strength to strength, offering genuine influence, autonomy, and long-term career progression. The Role You will lead and manage structural engineering projects across a diverse portfolio, working closely with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders while helping to shape the future direction of the business. Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading structural design and delivery across multiple projects Managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and technicians Overseeing technical standards and project quality
  
  Working collaboratively with civil and BIM teams Supporting business growth and contributing strategically at senior level Projects are varied and include work across commercial, industrial, residential, and mixed-use sectors.
