We're looking for a talented and ambitious Partner or Senior Associate to join our team in Bury St Edmunds. This is a senior-level role, ideal for an experienced solicitor seeking either Partnership or a clear path to Partnership as a Senior Associate.
You'll lead a local team and play a key role in driving the growth and success of our commercial property offering, while managing a varied and high-value caseload., Lead and manage the Commercial Property team in IpswichHandle complex transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leasehold matters and property financeAdvise on landlord and tenant issues, development sites and investment portfoliosProvide corporate support on property-related mattersBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsCollaborate with agents, surveyors, accountants and other professionalsContribute to business development and strategic growth initiativesMentor junior team members and support their development
