Full Job Description
As a Senior Associate, Paid Media in the Commercial and Investment Banking media team, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of paid media campaigns for Markets & Securities Services, and provide regional support for Payments campaigns. You will work closely with internal and external media partners, leveraging your skills to drive measurable results and support business objectives. You will thrive in a team-oriented environment, contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement.,
- Lead the design and execution of global paid media strategies and plans in partnership with internal teams and external agencies to achieve business objectives and drive measurable impact
- Oversee the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across key platforms, leveraging media management tools and prior performance to drive innovation
- Integrate data-driven marketing approaches into campaign measurement, supporting test-and-learn initiatives that advance learning agendas
- Partner with Analytics, Insights & Measurement team to deliver campaign reporting, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Oversee media budgets, billing, and finance processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective resource allocation
- Collaborate across teams to review and validate campaigns, ensuring quality assurance and error-free deliverables in alignment with firm governance
- Maintain a strong focus on operational controls, process efficiencies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Manage relationships with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure effective planning, execution, and stewardship of paid media activities

- Exceptional partnering skills to navigate a large organization
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to develop and act on plans based on available information Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in financial services and/or highly regulated categories preferred
- B2B media experience highly valued
