Full Job Description
We have exciting opportunities to recruit to a part time Senior Management Support Administrator within the Central Norfolk Locality.
The posts will be providing administrative and secretarial support to our Associate Director of Operations.
The role requires strong admin / PA experience as you will be responsible for supporting with diary management, email monitoring, minute taking, complex reports and audit work and much more.
We require enthusiastic and passionate administrators who are able to work with a keen eye for detail and proactive mindset., Provide accurate, prompt and efficient secretarial / administrative support to the management team which may include presentations / spreadsheets including complex reports.
Ensure the workload of the management support team is prioritised to ensure patient safety and meet quality standards.
To raise agendas, take and process minutes for teams (across the care group).
Participate in ongoing audits and service development as directed by Management.
Diary management as required for team members to include appointments / meetings, regular commitments to assist in organising the workload.
There may be a requirement to supervise admin staff, completing regular monthly supervision sessions and yearly appraisals.
