What you'll need Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer 6+ years' PQE in commercial contracts within a recognised practice. Strong experience advising on commercial agreements (knowledge of IP, data protection and consumer regulation is helpful, but not essential). Ability to manage complex projects, draft and negotiate confidently, and work directly with senior stakeholders.
